Ordering
Simply browse our store, add your desired product to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Cash on Delivery (COD).
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email if you need to make changes.
Yes, COD is available across Pakistan. A small COD handling fee may apply depending on your location.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days across Pakistan. Major cities like Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad may receive orders within 2–3 business days.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS/email. You can also use our Order Tracking page to check your delivery status.
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping is coming soon — stay tuned!
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please review our full Refund Policy.

Yes! All smartphones sold at Mobile Walay are 100% PTA approved and officially registered for use in Pakistan.
Yes, all products come with the official manufacturer warranty. Warranty duration varies by brand — typically 1 year for smartphones and 6 months for accessories.
Absolutely. We only sell brand new, sealed products. We do not sell refurbished or used items.
Payments
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfers, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash. More payment options are being added soon.
